Residencial Marina e Joel, despite being developed predominantly in neutral colors, is unique in choosing the tones and materials preferred by customers.
When considering the couple's predilection for having friends over for lunch and games, the integration of three environments was considered more relevant: Dining Room, Living Room and Kitchen. In the last space mentioned, high-tech home appliances and portable electronics stand out, which aim to bring practicality in day-to-day life.

MADIG - Museu de Arte Digital
2021
The Museum of Digital Art aims to work on the sensations of visitors. Featuring equipment and high technology that, together with the model of the building itself, provoke perceptions in the public about its volumetry and materiality.
Based on the ephemerality of sensations, the museum appears based on the act of dragonflies landing on water, as it is an animal linked to transformation and freedom, an analogy was drawn with the theme of the five senses.

CURVES - LANDSCAPING PROJECT

The Curve proposal is to add and offer leisure and comfort to the neighborhood, so as to invite the local population to seek out the place on rest days. Bringing back the sense of belonging in the neighborhood. Areas for permanence, furniture for the elderly, areas for various events with music and dance, a kiosk and a variety of trees were designed.

EQUILIBRIUM - Bioclimatic Tower Project

Starting from the idea of meeting, leisure and harmony, the project is based on balance, with that its volumetry was born from the shape of the Yin Yang, until it created a vertical building in L and a block of stores in L, creating a central courtyard between the two which is exactly where there is the greatest wind circulation on the ground. The building is well sectored, to avoid the conflict of flows between sectors, but it has an almost suspended courtyard in the center of them, which is where all sectors meet, in a space of contemplation with an oriental garden.
ELLOS - CONECTAR - Urban Planning and Environment Project

Proposal for the Center of Niterói - RJ Guided by four main axes: Urban subdivision, Public spaces, Urban Mobility and Urban Infrastructure. [... Within this program, projects such as road restructuring, implanting underground roads, intermodal terminal (buses and ferries) with underground and light and permeable architecture, squares and public spaces, in addition to the revitalization of existing ones and a proposal of subdivision of land prioritizing mixed use, being housing, commerce, services allied to active facades...]
